We’re proud to introduce Help Me Grow Humboldt—a free helpline from First 5 Humboldt, created for families with children under age 5. Services are offered in both English and Spanish.
Raising a child is a journey filled with wonder and its fair share of challenges. That’s where we come in. Whether you’re curious about your child’s development, looking to strengthen your parenting skills, searching for local resources, or simply need someone to talk to, our team is here to support you.
No more guessing who to call or where to begin—we’re your centralized hub for guidance and connection. Every child grows in a unique way, and support should be just as personalized. Growth happens not only for children, but for parents and caregivers too and we’re honored to walk alongside you every step of the way.
What We Offer :
- Developmental screenings using the Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ)
- Parenting education and support
- Information and referrals to community-based services and resources
- Follow-up and ongoing support to ensure families stay connected to the services they need
